Sugar Scrub Recipe

Today I’m going to show you how to make your own sugar rubs for only a fraction of a price that you would normally pay for in a store.

First gather your supplies

– 3 cups of sugar white or brown
– 1 cup of a good quality pure oil (almond, olive, etc)
– Approximately 10 drops of essential oil (I love Jasmine or lavender)
– Bowl
– Jars (will fill approximately 5-6 4oz jars)
– Spoon

– add all your ingredients into a bowl and mix very well
– next spoon your newly made sugar rub into your jars.
– Wipe the edges of your jars before screwing the lids on tight
– once completed add your labels onto your jars. “There is a printable label pattern below.”
– Enjoy your sugar scrubs/rubs
